Discover the diversity of the art world – learn to distinguish materials and understand artistic concepts from the past and present.
As part of the course, the student will use the potential of artistic exploration and material experiments for their own creation. Based on the experiment, they will explore the limits of drawing, and the properties of various materials, find and apply new procedures in artistic creation, verify their effects, and cultivate authentic artistic expression. The student finds the inspiration for experimental drawing and material exploration primarily in the art of the 20th and 21st centuries.
No entry requirements are defined.
After completing the course, the student demonstrates the ability to explain the difference between traditional and non-traditional artistic means, to clarify selected artistic concepts using examples of specific works from the past and present, and to characterize the properties of various artistic materials, including their distinction and appropriate use in practice.
